A rare traffic accident just occurred on the inter-commune road Dien Hoang - Dien Truong, Dien Chau district at 4:00 p.m. this afternoon (October 26).

Accordingly, at the above time, Mr. Chu Van Khue (born in 1970), residing in Hamlet 17, Dien Truong Commune, Dien Chau District, was using a motorbike to pull a box carrying a cow for hire from Dien Hoang to Dien Truong. When passing through Hamlet 5, Dien Hoang Commune, the cow wrestled, causing the motorbike, the box and the cow to fall on the driver, killing Mr. Khue on the spot.

Immediately after the car fell, the cow broke the car and ran away, killing the victim. Local people reported to the commune police who were present at the scene to handle the incident.
