Electric bike collides head-on with car, one woman dies

(Baonghean.vn)- At 8:30 a.m. on October 16, on National Highway 46 through Dung Town (Thanh Chuong), an accident occurred between a car and an electric bicycle, causing the woman to die later.

According to initial information from witnesses, at the above time, a woman driving an electric bicycle was traveling in the direction of Dung - Thanh Ngoc, Thanh Chuong when she confronted a black car with license plate 37A - 004.55 going in the opposite direction.

The strong impact threw the woman onto the sidewalk, unconscious. The electric bike landed on the other side of the road about 10m away (in the direction of Dung). The car had a dented front end, and part of the victim's thumb and tendons were still on the bike.

The people present rushed the victim to the hospital in critical condition, but the woman died. After examining the documents in the bag on the electric bike, it was known that the victim was Ms. Nguyen Thi Hao, residing in Hamlet 3, Thanh Luong Commune, Thanh Chuong District.

Immediately after the accident, Thanh Chuong District Police were present to regulate traffic and make a record of the incident.
