The accident occurred on the morning of November 12 at the intersection between N5 road and the inter-village road in hamlet 11, Nghi My commune, Nghi Loc district.

At that time, the car was traveling from Do Luong to Vinh, when it suddenly encountered a motorbike coming out of the intersection, so it swerved to avoid the motorbike. The swerve caused the car to crash into a fence and flip over.
