Passenger bus transports nearly 5,500 shisha packages without documents
(Baonghean.vn) - A passenger bus traveling from Saigon to Hanoi was just arrested by Dien Chau Traffic Police Station (Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Province) for transporting 5,440 packages of shisha flavoring without documents.

On the afternoon of April 29, Dien Chau Traffic Police Station said that the incident was discovered and arrested by the station's working group at 2:30 a.m. the same day.
At the above time, the working group was on duty on National Highway 1A, at km 418+300 in Dien Hong commune (Dien Chau district) when they discovered a passenger bus with license plate 29B-106.08 driven by Pham Van Hoa (born in 1976, residing in Quang Lac, Nho Quan, Ninh Binh) traveling from Mien Dong bus station (Saigon) to Hanoi with suspicious signs.
The task force signaled to stop the vehicle for an administrative inspection. Upon inspection, the task force discovered that the passenger vehicle was transporting 8 cardboard boxes containing 544 sticks with a total of 5,440 packets of Al Fakher shisha flavoring produced abroad.

At the time of inspection, the driver could not present the legal origin of the goods. The working group made a record and handed it over to Dien Chau District Police for handling according to the law.
