Passenger bus overtaking recklessly causes accident, 2 people die
At around 10:20 a.m. on September 20, a serious traffic accident occurred on Ho Chi Minh Road between a passenger bus and a motorbike, killing two people on the spot.
According to initial information, at the above time, the TNT passenger bus with license plate 36B - 075.51 was traveling from Dak Lak to Dak Nong. When passing through village 7, it suddenly lost control and crashed head-on into a motorbike traveling in the opposite direction.

The collision killed two people on the motorbike, Mr. Truong Trong Quy (45 years old, residing in Truong Xuan commune) and Mr. Nguyen Van Xe (48 years old, residing in Nghia Phu ward, Gia Nghia town, Dak Nong province). The motorbike and the front of the passenger bus were severely damaged. The passengers on the passenger bus were lucky to escape. The truck driver left the scene immediately after the accident.
According to a police officer involved in handling the accident, the passenger bus was traveling at high speed and overtaking another vehicle in the same direction without looking carefully, causing the accident. The collision site was close to the left curb in the direction the passenger bus was traveling.
Authorities quickly investigated the scene and regulated traffic. The incident is being investigated and clarified by Dak Nong provincial authorities.
