The accident occurred at noon on March 12 on Minh Khai Street, in front of Nghe An Province Post Office. The gray Kia Morning with license plate 37A.03438 was traveling at high speed on Minh Khai Street towards Le Hong Phong when it suddenly lost control and crashed into an electric pole on the side of the road.
