According to witnesses, at that time, a motorbike with license plate 37L1-163.23 carrying 5 bulky sacks of rice was trying to overtake the vehicle in front and crashed into the back of a Lac Hong taxi with license plate 37A-308.16.
The strong collision caused the motorbike to fall in the middle of the road, seriously injuring the driver. Immediately after the accident, Quynh Luu district police were present at the scene to handle and clarify the cause./.
