At the above time, motorbike with license plate 37B1 65 143 driven by Ngo Van Diem, born in 1964, carrying behind Tran Van Thich, born in 1970 (both permanent residents of Hamlet 7, Quynh My Commune, Quynh Luu District) was traveling in the direction of Cau Giat - Nghia Dan when it "confronted" a truck carrying acacia wood with license plate 37H 1385 (driver's identity unknown) traveling in the opposite direction at km 13 + 050, Hamlet 6, Quynh My Commune.
The collision was so strong that the motorbike bounced back, the two people on the motorbike fell off and were seriously injured. The motorbike driver, Ngo Van Diem, hit his head on the car and died on the way to the emergency room, while Tran Van Thich, who was sitting behind, was injured and in critical condition.
