At 3:20 p.m. on April 23, a serious traffic accident occurred at Tro Sa bridge in Nghi Kieu commune (Nghi Loc district), injuring two people. At that time, Mr. Thai Vien Ngoc (born in 1991, residing in Khanh Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district) was driving a motorbike carrying his nephew Nguyen Thai Bao (4 years old) traveling in the South - North direction.

When the car went up the bridge, to avoid a small truck, the car was going uphill, combined with the broken railing, causing both the person and the car to fall down the bridge. The accident caused: Mr. Ngoc suffered back and head injuries, Bao suffered thigh injuries and was in a state of panic, and the motorbike was severely damaged and had to be lifted by a crane.

It is known that Tro Sa Bridge is in a state of serious damage, the bridge is narrow, the south side has a curve leading up to the bridge which is very dangerous for people and vehicles participating in traffic.
