According to initial information, at around 1:00 p.m. on November 28, Mr. CVH (born in 1997) drove a motorbike with license plate 37H1 - 335.xx carrying Ms. L.Th.H (born in 2002, both residing in Ky Son district, Nghe An) traveling from Nam Dan district to Vinh city.

When arriving at the intersection between National Highway 46B and inter-commune road 534, in hamlet 5, Nam Giang commune, Nam Dan district, a collision occurred with a truck. The strong collision caused the man and woman on the motorbike to be thrown onto the road, dying on the spot.
