Quang Hai's Mercedes GLC 300 lost its logo, the thief left a 'congratulations' message
Not only was the three-pointed star logo of the Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 stolen, but on the hood of Quang Hai's car, the thief also left the words "Congratulations to the car owner for losing the Mercedes logo".
Recently, Chu Thanh Huyen - Quang Hai's wife posted on her personal page a video of her husband preparing his belongings to drive to the airport. Notably, when loading the belongings into the car in the basement of the apartment building, Quang Hai and his wife discovered that the logo on the grille of the Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 had "disappeared".
Not only that, on the hood of the car there is also the line "Congratulations to the owner who lost the Mercedes logo". In the comment section, Chu Thanh Huyen said that the car logo was lost and she and her husband would have to spend about 10 million VND to buy it back.

Immediately after the video was posted, many people began speculating about the true value of the lost branded logo.
A quick look at some luxury car accessory stores in Hanoi shows that the price of the three-pointed star logo used for many car lines such as E-Class, C-Class, GLC or GLK is only around 600 thousand to 1 million VND. However, if it is genuine, the price can be up to over 8 million VND because the logo has some radar sensors of the car integrated into it.

Quang Hai bought a Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 4Matic in March 2020 for about 2.4 billion VND. This Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 4Matic is a new generation, assembled domestically, using an I4, 2.0L engine block for a maximum capacity of 258 horsepower and maximum torque of 370 Nm combined with a 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission.
At that time, many other teammates in the U23 Vietnam team also trusted the Mercedes-Benz GLC line such as Duy Manh, Doan Van Hau, Bui Tien Dung,... but most of them changed their cars after a few years of use. Meanwhile, the captain midfielder of the Hanoi Police Club has remained loyal to this car ever since.
