According to research, it is known that horse carts often gather in the area right next to Giat market. With the advantage of being able to carry a lot of goods and being convenient to travel, the situation of horse carts carrying goods seems to be common here.
On the morning of June 20, right at the red light intersection of Cau Giat town, many people saw a horse-drawn carriage carrying a very large, bulky bed, tied up roughly, speeding away. Not only that, its owner stood on the bed and held the reins, occasionally jerking them to urge the horse to run faster. This situation is not only dangerous for other road users but also very offensive.
