The accident occurred at 10:15 p.m. on August 15 on National Highway 1A, through Quynh Thach commune, Quynh Luu district (Nghe An).

Ms. Nguyen Thi Loan - the owner of the house that was hit by a car, was shocked and said: At that time, she was sitting and talking with her neighbor's boy at her family's breakfast shop when suddenly she heard a screeching sound outside. Immediately, Ms. Loan stood up and had not yet run outside when the 4-seat car with license plate 37C-087.01 crashed into the wall and rushed into the house, 1 meter away from where Ms. Loan was sitting.

After crashing into the wall and rushing into the house, the two men sitting in the car opened the door and ran out. Due to the side impact, the person sitting next to the driver suffered a serious leg injury, while the driver only suffered minor injuries. The identities of the two people in the car have not been determined, however, according to local residents, the driver lives in Quynh Hong commune, Quynh Luu district.

Furniture in the house was scattered after the accident.

On the morning of August 16, the accident scene had not yet been resolved. The 4-seater car was completely crushed, glass was shattered, and the wall was collapsed.

After the incident, Quynh Luu district police were present at the scene to investigate and clarify the cause of the accident.
