These are trucks carrying sand to level the resettlement area for households in the Quan Bau intersection area (subject to relocation to make way for the 72m Vinh - Cua Lo road). In just a few days, the alley road has subsided, deformed, and sand and soil are scattered everywhere....

What is more worrying is the risk of traffic safety, when every house has small children who often run out to play in the alley. Out of anger, some households bought trucks of rocks to dump at the entrance of the alley to prevent cars from passing. However, the next morning, a crane came and picked up the pile of rocks and moved them to the side of the road.
