According to people living nearby, at that time, the truck with license plate number 29C.45554 driven by Mr. Pham Manh Toan (born in 1981, Bac Can Town, Bac Can) was running on the road when it lost control, hit 3 marker posts, and then plunged into the field.

It is known that the vehicle was carrying about 30 Honda motorbikes on its way from Vinh Phuc to Da Nang.

The initial cause was determined to be that the driver fell asleep and lost control of the situation.

As a result, the truck and motorbike were severely damaged, causing great property damage, fortunately there were no casualties.
