Truck lost control and crashed into field, 2 people seriously injured

(Baonghean.vn) - A truck carrying a full load of goods was suddenly lost control and crashed into a field while driving on the road. Two people in the truck were injured, one of whom was seriously injured.

The accident occurred at around 7:30 a.m. on February 18 on National Highway 1A, passing through Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau district (Nghe An).

According to people living along the road, at the above time, the truck with license plate 63K - 4260 was running from Hanoi to Saigon. When reaching km 415 + 519, the section passing through the area, the truck lost control and overturned in a rice field on the side of the road about 7m from the road surface.

The crash injured two people in the cockpit, one of whom was seriously injured and was taken to the hospital in critical condition. The identities of the victims are still being determined.

At 10am the same day, a crane was dispatched to the scene. However, it was waiting for the goods on the truck to be unloaded onto another truck before proceeding to lift the truck.
