Truck speeding, causing accident

(Baonghean.vn) -At around 4:00 p.m. on November 8, on National Highway 1A in Quynh Hau Commune (Quynh Luu), a traffic accident occurred, causing a truck to overturn and turn sideways, blocking the entire one-way road, causing local traffic congestion.

According to many witnesses at the scene, at the time, the small truck with license plate 29C 31562 was traveling in the direction of Vinh - Hanoi at high speed when reaching km 402 + 200, it suddenly encountered an accident, the driver braked suddenly, causing the truck to overturn, blocking the entire one-way street, causing many vehicles to stop, causing local traffic congestion.

The initial cause was determined to be due to reckless driving, sudden braking during a rainstorm, and the newly constructed national highway was very slippery.

Immediately after the accident, the car owner quickly called a tow truck to clear the scene.
