At the above time, a large truck with license plate 78C 01558 driven by Ngo Tanh Hang (born in 1984, residing in Phu Yen) was driving in the direction of Hanoi - Vinh. When reaching the Yen Ly intersection on National Highway 1A, a truck carrying rocks traveling in the same direction in front with license plate 37V 3462 suddenly slowed down. Driver Hang could not control his speed and crashed straight into the truck carrying rocks, pushing the truck in front for another 50 meters. As a result, the front of the truck 78C was crushed, the windshield was broken, the steering support equipment was completely damaged, and the driver Hang was injured and was taken for first aid by everyone.

After the accident, the rock truck continued to flee. People reported it to the police to search and resolve the incident.
