Truck crashes into grocery store in Ky Son, 6 people dead
The tragic accident occurred at around 5 p.m. on January 12 in Nam Can commune, Ky Son district, when a truck drove down a slope and crashed head-on into a family's grocery store.
According to initial information, at the time of the accident, the victims were standing in the grocery store, which is located next to Provincial Road 543D.

The small truck was collecting dong leaves when it lost control and plunged down the slope, crashing into a group of people present. As a result, the accident claimed the lives of 6 people, including the son, mother, sister-in-law of the homeowner and 3 children, including 2 first graders and 1 child not yet old enough to go to school. Of the victims, 5 died on the spot, and one victim was taken to the emergency room but did not survive.

Immediately after the accident, authorities arrived at the scene to conduct an autopsy and investigate the cause of the incident. The truck driver was detained for investigation.
