Billion-dollar car crashes into electric pole, hides license plate

(Baonghean.vn) -An Audi "super car" worth over 4 billion VND crashed into an electric pole and broke a telecommunication cable. The owner deliberately hid the license plate.

At around 3:00 p.m. on November 25, an Audi "super car" traveling on Nguyen Du Street (Ben Thuy Ward, Vinh City) in the direction of Ho Chi Minh City - Hanoi, at km 466, suddenly jumped onto the sidewalk and broke a telephone pole, a telecommunications cable and a cable TV line. Fortunately, people on the sidewalk were able to escape so there were no casualties. Those in the "super car" quickly used tape, paper, and leaves to cover the license plate to hide their identities. About 30 minutes later, a rescue vehicle arrived to tow the car away for repair.


The accident caused a long traffic jam on Nguyen Du Street, Ben Thuy Ward, Vinh City.

Vinh City Police were present at the scene to handle and direct traffic.
