Watch free movies on Vietnam Cinema Day
Invitations will be distributed free of charge from 9am on March 12 and 13, 2016 at the National Cinema Center.
To celebrate the 63rd anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Revolutionary Cinema Industry (March 15, 1953 - March 15, 2016), the National Cinema Center in collaboration with film production and distribution units in Vietnam organized a free film screening program in Hanoi. The program will take place on March 14 and 15.

The program will introduce to the public 7 outstanding works of Vietnamese Cinema produced and released in 2015 such as: "Quyen", "Nguoi tro ve", "Cuoc doi cua Yen", "Toi thay hoa vang tren co xanh"... Especially the comedy film that was a hit recently, "Em la ba noi cua anh" will also be screened for free during this period. Invitations will be distributed for free from 9am on March 12 and 13, 2016 at the National Cinema Center.
In addition to the film screening program at the National Cinema Center, the Vietnam Cinema Association also organizes re-screenings of some classic works of the country's cinema in many localities in the country; at the same time, organizes trips back to the roots for generations of veteran actors, directors... The selected locations will be the place where Uncle Ho signed the Decree to establish the Cinema industry at Doi Co - Diem Mac commune, Dinh Cong, Thai Nguyen or the cradle of Southern cinema - Bung Bien cinema, Dong Thap.
According to information from the Vietnam Cinema Association, this year the Kite Award Ceremony will not take place at the same time as the 63rd anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Revolutionary Cinema Industry (March 15, 1953 - March 15, 2016) but will be postponed to April 2016.
