Vietnam women's beach handball makes history at world tournament

The Vietnamese women's beach handball team won the right to enter the semi-finals of the World Beach Games in their first participation after defeating Argentina with a score of 2-1 on the evening of October 14.

The 2019 World Beach Games is the first time the tournament has been held after many postponements since 2015. The women's beach handball event has 12 strong teams participating, divided into 2 groups and the 4 teams with the best results in each group will compete in the quarterfinals.
