(Baonghean.vn) - Implementing the program of meeting voters before the session, on the morning of November 18, 2013, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Council delegate went to Nghia Lac commune (Nghia Dan) to meet voters. Also attending were a number of Provincial People's Council delegates from the district cluster and representatives of the Nghia Dan district People's Council.

At the meeting with voters, on behalf of the delegates of the Provincial People's Council, Comrade Nguyen Xuan Son reported on the contents expected to be discussed at the upcoming 10th session of the 16th Provincial People's Council, including reviewing and evaluating the results of the implementation of a number of targets and programs set forth by the Provincial People's Council; the results of supervising the resolution of voters' recommendations and questions; the draft of a number of Resolutions on policies and regimes to be approved by the Provincial People's Council; the results of the implementation of the province's socio-economic development, education and training, national security and defense targets achieved in the first 10 months of 2013 and a number of targets for socio-economic development orientation in 2014.

Speaking to the provincial and district People's Council delegates, voters of Nghia Lac commune proposed a number of issues: inter-village roads have not been invested in, inter-commune roads from the town to the commune center are too degraded; cutting the 135 regime of 2 hamlets (Lac hamlet and Tan hamlet) will cause difficulties for the hamlet; An Hoa hamlet is a hamlet relocated to disperse people for the Sao River irrigation project, meeting the conditions to establish a new hamlet, people have proposed for a long time but the province has not yet approved it, currently because the hamlet residents are arranged too far apart, community activities and travel are very difficult; there needs to be a plan to upgrade and effectively promote the commune's public address system; support people to provide domestic water and clean water for people relocated from the Sao River reservoir area; pay attention to other incentives on livestock, crops, and loan interest rates for ethnic minorities in Nghia Lac (98% of the commune's population are Thanh and Tho people and 4/6 hamlets belong to the 135 program); have specialized supervision on the provision of breeding animals to poor households in the highlands; continue to have preferential policies on education for children in mountainous and disadvantaged areas...

Receiving voters' opinions, representatives of Nghia Dan District People's Committee reported and explained issues under their authority.
