On November 10, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Huu Cuong - Deputy Head of Vinh City Police (Nghe An) said that the unit is still continuing to investigate the case of a motorbike driver and a car driver fighting after a traffic collision.
The incident occurred at 10:40 a.m. on November 8, opposite Hung Dung market. As a result, Nguyen Manh L. (28 years old), residing in Hung Loc commune, Vinh city, had to be hospitalized for emergency treatment.
Mr. L. said that at that time, when he drove his car out of the parking space, he saw a young man sitting on a motorbike blocking the front of his car. Seeing this, Mr. L.'s wife immediately stuck her head out to ask the young man to come forward so she could drive the car out.
However, this person refused and remained on the bike, so he turned the wheel to pass and collided with the back of the motorbike.

The two drivers began to argue with each other. When the couple got out of the car to see what was happening, they were repeatedly cursed and threatened by the man on the motorbike.
“I was so angry that I took out an umbrella from my car and hit the man in the back, and he ran into a nearby store. When I was about to move my motorbike, the man came out with a knife and slashed my hand. I was so surprised that I couldn’t avoid it and had to run away,” said Mr. L.
After being slashed on the wrist, he panicked and ran into a nearby house, locked the door, and escaped. He was then taken to the emergency room with a broken left wrist bone, severed radial artery, and 5 severed tendons.
The young man jumped on his motorbike and left the scene.
