On April 22, the Ho Chi Minh City Police Department announced that it had initiated a criminal case of "manufacturing and trading in counterfeit goods" in large quantities.helmet(MBH) fake.

Previously, on April 11, the Economic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police inspected 4 locations in Binh Tan and Binh Chanh districts, and discovered that at these locations many subjects were organizing the production of large quantities of blanks and helmets that were counterfeiting the brand, quality, and design of products of Non Son Fashion Company Limited.

Initially, the investigation agency determined that Ha Bao Chau (residing in Ho Chi Minh City) had produced and traded a large quantity of fake Non Son brand helmets for consumption, in order to gain illegal profits for himself and his accomplices.

Evidence seized at fake MBH production facility.

It is noteworthy that the counterfeit production process of the subjects is very sophisticated, it is very difficult to distinguish between real and fake goods. The representative of Non Son Company Limited said that the fake MBH produced here looks 95% similar to the genuine MBH. However, if you pay close attention, you will discover that the quality is very different, because this production facility uses waste plastic materials for production.

At the above locations, the subjects have invested in many types of machinery to produce large quantities in a closed process including: stamping machines, strap making machines, button making machines, air compressors, drilling machines, etc.

By April 22, the authorities had counted and seized a total of 2,000 fake finished MBHs, 10,500 blanks (semi-finished products), 2 presses, 5 mold sets, 4 stamping machines, 1 air compressor... and 3 trucks containing raw materials and fake semi-finished MBHs that had not been unsealed for counting. It is estimated that the total value of the goods seized at this facility is about 10 billion VND.

It is known that this facility produces both raw materials and fake finished products for sale on the market. At the same time, this is also the source of raw materials for the fake Non Son helmet production facilities in Ho Chi Minh City. The fake products produced by these facilities will be sold in Ho Chi Minh City and many other provinces and cities.
