(Baonghean) -At 12:00 noon on March 10, Cua Lo Border Control Station (Cua Lo Border Post - Ben Thuy - Nghe An Border Guard) coordinated with Nghe An Department of Aquatic Resources Protection to patrol and discovered and arrested 2 boats using electric shock to catch seafood.

The owners of the two vehicles are: Dam Van Tam (born in 1970, boat HT.20151.TS, permanent residence in Xuan Hoi, Nghi Xuan, Ha Tinh province) and Nguyen Doan Ha (born in 1975, boat NA.0003.TS, permanent residence in Hai Binh block, Nghi Hai ward, Cua Lo town). The unit has administratively fined the two vehicle owners 8,200,000 VND, confiscated 1 electric generator, 40 m of electric wire, 2 iron poles 2 m long.

On the same day, Lach Con border post (Quynh Luu district) arrested and handled 2 unregistered boat owners who were still fishing at sea. They were: Nguyen Van Lam (born 1969, residing in Tien Thuy commune, Quynh Luu district) and Tran Van Tuat (born 1982, residing in Dien Ngoc commune, Dien Chau district, Nghe An province).

The station has decided to administratively fine the two vehicle owners 6,400,000 VND to the state budget.
