At the time of inspection, Mr. H's business was using a Facebook account to conduct sales and close deals via social networks.
Through actual inspection, the inspection team discovered that the store was operating 600Moon cakes of unknown originOrigin, the packaging of the cake does not show information or basis to determine the place of production of the goods. The owner of the establishment could not present invoices, vouchers, or legal papers to prove the origin of the above goods.

Working with the Inspection Team, Mr. H. admitted that due to the high demand for Mid-Autumn Festival cakes, he imported the above cakes from unknown sources on the market to sell online for profit.

Market Management Team No. 11 has completed the documents to handle the case in accordance with the procedures and regulations of the law, forcing the owner of the facility to destroy all of the above goods with a total estimated fine of 30 million VND.
