In which, the results of key education are always at the top of the country. Regarding mass education, although the province still has many difficulties with 11 mountainous districts, it has achieved comprehensive education results, improved regional quality, contributing to building a healthy and effective educational environment.

In order to achieve the goal of innovation, the Department has proposed many solutions to bring about consistent educational results. In addition, it has paid attention to building facilities, and the rate of standard schools in the whole province has reached 68.66%.

However, during the school year, the education sector still has many issues that need to be dissected and analyzed. That is, in many localities, there are still some small-scale schools with less than 8 classes, the rate of nursery mobilization is still low, the number of children per group, class in urban and town areas is too high, affecting the quality of education...

The province still has 1,089 surplus teachers (including contract teachers), but there is a shortage of teachers locally and cross-subject teachers. School facilities are degraded, and the province still has 1,194 temporary classrooms borrowed. There are still many problems in the management of extra teaching and learning, and in revenue and expenditure.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Le Minh Thong acknowledged and highly appreciated the results that the entire education sector had achieved in the past school year. However, he also noted the issues of illegal revenue and expenditure, extra teaching and learning, and requested the education sector to strengthen inspection and supervision and to enhance the responsibility of local authorities and school principals.

If schools collect fees incorrectly or illegally, there must be disciplinary action and strict handling to create change and avoid causing instability at the grassroots level.

In the coming school year, he requested the education sector to focus on and promptly rectify the situation of surplus teachers and contract teachers, review the teaching of 2 sessions/day to promptly advise the province to soon have a solution.

On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee and the Department of Education and Training awarded certificates of merit to 44 units. By order of the President, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also awarded the Third Class Labor Medal to 4 individuals who have made many contributions to the cause of education.
