Through the inspection, Lieutenant General Do Dinh Nghi - Deputy Director General of the General Department of Administrative Police for Social Order and Safety, Ministry of Public Security, highly appreciated the results of the implementation of the Plan to control and handle oversized and overloaded vehicles of Nghe An Police in the past time. Nghe An Provincial Police has directed relevant units to seriously and effectively implement documents of the General Department VII of the Ministry of Public Security and the Provincial People's Committee on inspection and handling of oversized and overloaded vehicles, contributing to limiting violations of oversized and overloaded vehicles in the area; coordinate with central and local press agencies to publish many articles to propagate and disseminate the law and organize enterprises and transport business units to sign a commitment not to violate traffic and transport activities. The provincial traffic police force inspected and recorded 65,804 cases of traffic safety violations, transferring over 36.7 billion VND to the State budget to collect fines, of which 3,636 cases were for overloading. The interdisciplinary station inspected and recorded 391 cases of violations, temporarily revoking 322 cases of driving licenses...
Emphasizing the tasks in the coming time, Lieutenant General Do Dinh Nghi - Deputy Director General of the General Department of Administrative Police for Social Order and Safety requested Nghe An Police to continue to closely follow the plans of the Ministry of Public Security; strengthen propaganda work on mass media; regularly monitor the handling and punishment of related units, contributing to ensuring traffic order and safety in Nghe An province.
