Q. then posted a list of 89 people who had contact with the patient in the comment. Immediately after, this list was shared by the online community and spread quickly on social networks, causing confusion and anxiety among the people.
Through verification, the Cyber Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department, Dak Lak Provincial Police determined that the list posted by Q. was completely untrue. After working with the police, Q. admitted his wrongdoings, removed the above comment, and wrote a commitment not to repeat the offense.
