Fined 5 vehicle owners for using electric shock to catch seafood
(Baonghean) - On October 10, Border Guard Station 144 Quynh Luu (Nghe An) announced that through patrol and control work, the unit had just arrested and handled 5 vehicles and 13 crew members using electric shock to catch seafood at sea. Of which, 4 vehicles did not have control numbers. All crew members resided in Hai Ha commune, Tinh Gia district, Thanh Hoa province.
Based on the level of violation, Border Guard Station 144 decided to administratively fine the vehicle owners 12 million VND to pay to the state budget.
