5 vehicle owners were fined for violating regulations while operating at sea

(Baonghean.vn) - On August 30, Quynh Thuan Border Post (Nghe An Border Guard) coordinated with the provincial Department of Aquatic Resources Protection to patrol, detect and handle 5 vehicle owners including: Nguyen Van Ha (born in 1992), owner of vehicle NA 90022 TS; Ngo Van Dai (born in 1983), owner of vehicle BD 50677 TS, both residing in Son Hai commune, Quynh Luu district; Quang Van Toan (born in 1980), owner of vehicle NA 94027 TS; Truong Dac Hai (born in 1984), owner of vehicle NA 39224 TS, all 3 residing in Tien Thuy commune, Quynh Luu district.

All 5 vehicle owners committed the following acts: not carrying fishing licenses, not complying with inspection and control by functional forces. Based on the level of violation, Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station issued a decision to fine the vehicle owners a total of 17.2 million VND to the state budget.
