Specifically, EPI Technology Joint Stock Company was fined 15 million VND for administrative violations for advertising G2 electronic games on the general electronic information website baomoi.com without completing notification procedures.
The above behavior is regulated for sanction in Point e, Clause 2, Article 68 of Decree 174/2013/ND-CP dated November 13, 2013 of the Government regulating sanction for administrative violations in the fields of post, telecommunications, information technology and radio frequencies.
The general electronic information website thethaovanhoa.vn was fined 7.5 million VND for not properly implementing the contents of the license to establish a general electronic information website, as prescribed in Point a, Clause 1, Article 64 of Decree 174/2013/ND-CP dated November 13, 2013 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions in the fields of post, telecommunications, information technology and radio frequencies.
VCCorp Joint Stock Company was fined 20 million VND for providing information on the general electronic information website soha.vn that was not consistent with the content specified in the license; not citing verbatim and accurate official sources of information, as stipulated in Point a, Clause 2, Article 64 of Decree 174/2013/ND-CP dated November 13, 2013 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions in the fields of post, telecommunications, information technology and radio frequencies.
For two acts of not complying with the content specified in the License to establish a general electronic information site and not citing the original and accurate source of information, the website dailo.vn of the Automobile Transport Magazine was fined a total of 15 million VND.
Gamma New Technology Development and Construction Joint Stock Company was also fined 10 million VND for using an expired license to set up the electronic information website tonghopmoitruong.com.vn.
