Specifically: the vehicle with license plate NA 90508 TS owned by Mr. Nguyen Huu Thien, born in 1962, permanent residence in Hai Trung block, Nghi Hai ward, Cua Lo town, was found to be storing 700 grams of explosives; the vehicle NA 0220 TS owned by Mr. Phan Dinh Nam, born in 1975, permanent residence in Hai Thanh block, Nghi Hai ward, Cua Lo town, was found to be storing 100 grams of explosives, 7 detonators, and 120 meters of slow-burning wire.

The Border Guard Station of Cua Lo - Ben Thuy port confiscated all the violating exhibits and issued a decision to administratively fine the vehicle owners a total of VND 8,000,000 to be paid to the state budget.
