Vietnam Television fined for broadcasting "offensive Piêu scarf"

On October 24, the Chief Inspector of the Ministry of Information and Communications signed Decision No. 897/QD-XPVPHC, sanctioning Vietnam Television for broadcasting offensive and culturally inappropriate images.

The decision clearly states: "Administrative penalty against Vietnam Television (Address: 43 Nguyen Chi Thanh, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi), the fine is 15,000,000 VND (Fifteen million VND).
