Along with admitting to the violation at 11:30 a.m. on November 27, while traveling on Ro Bridge, in Thanh Chuong District, the driver realized his behavior and promised not to repeat it.
Accordingly, Traffic Police Team No. 5 has drawn up a record to handle the violation according to the provisions of the law. Specifically, for the violation of illegal overtaking, driver Pham Hong Th. must pay a fine of 5 million VND and have his driver's license revoked for 2 months.
