The book introduces the life and career of General Vo Nguyen Giap from birth to meeting Uncle Ho, preparing for the August Revolution, gathering important events in the General's life until the US invaded Vietnam. Only 106 copies of the book were published, selling for 2.2 million VND/copy.
Along with the book “Vo Nguyen Giap - Patriot - Teacher - Soldier”, there are many notable titles introduced by Tre Publishing House to readers at the book fair: The memoir “The Beginning” by the first Minister of Education of Vietnam, Vu Dinh Hoe, the works “Responding to the Mountains and Rivers”, written about the struggle movement of young students in the period 1954 - 1975, 50 volumes of Vietnamese History in pictures…
