Score 10 appeared in the 2018 national high school exam
Currently, many localities are nearly finished grading the 2018 national high school exam. In particular, grading the multiple-choice exam is entering the final stages.
On the afternoon of July 6, Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuong, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Phu Tho, said that the department is in the final stage of marking the multiple-choice test.
Through some exams, there were candidates who got 10 points in Civic Education.
This locality has also finished grading 13,511 Literature exams. According to statistics, there are 2 candidates who achieved the highest score of 9.5 points. The number of candidates who scored below average is about 25%.
The average score range is mainly from 5 to 8. A few papers scored below 2. There were 5 students who failed (0.75 points). These students did not write according to the topic, no papers scored 0 or failed because they left the paper blank.

According to Mr. Tuong, for the Literature subject, the marking process must be done in two separate rounds; round 1 will be done on the marking sheet, round 2 will be done on the test paper.
Examiners are not allowed to change scores on the marking sheet, scorecard, or test paper after the scores have been agreed upon.
The head of the exam marking department must strictly carry out the task of checking and supervising the marking of the exam marking staff in the team. For the multiple choice test, the Department of Education and Training is completing the final marking stage, which is comparing with the results of the Ministry.
When marking, there must be supervision by Inspectors and police PA83. Before opening the test bag, it is necessary to confirm the sealed condition of the test paper with full signatures of all members according to regulations.
It is expected that on July 8, the Department will complete the exam marking work and will send the data to the Ministry of Education and Training and announce it to candidates on time.

On the same day, Mr. Hoang Duc Minh, Deputy Director of Lai Chau Department of Education and Training, said that the locality had finished grading 3,000 Literature exams.
The highest score for this subject is 8.75 points and there are two exams with "failed" scores (one exam 0.5 points and one exam 0.75 points).
Regarding the grading of open-ended questions for the Literature subject, many teachers said that the open-ended answers provided by the Ministry of Education and Training were flexibly applied by examiners when grading the exam, so there was no difficulty.
Multiple choice test papers are also being scanned. The multiple choice test marking is expected to begin tomorrow.
