In fact, hamlet 22 has 45 households, coming from many different localities. There are households from Thanh Hoa province, some are former patients of Quynh Lap leprosy hospital, there are also families who migrated under the State's policy to work in the new economy, and there are a few families who "parachuted" here to work on farms. People settled here from around 1966 until 1996. In 2001, hamlet 22 was officially established, with its name on the administrative map of Quynh Vinh commune. Photo: Dao Tuan |

In 2007, the protection forest planning was established (in Decision No. 482/QD-UBND.NN dated February 2, 2007). From then on, a part of the land area that residents of Hamlet 22 were using for housing, gardens, and agricultural production became protection forest land. Therefore, when the State had a policy to promote the issuance of Land Use Right Certificates to people, Hamlet 22 could not implement it, causing concerns and worries. Photo: Nhat Lan |
