(Baonghean.vn) - Vinh University of Technical Education is a school that trains vocational teachers and practical engineers. Currently, the school is training about 8,000 students with 2 master's majors, 10 university majors, 12 college majors and 18 vocational college majors. Of which, there are 4 majors that train international key vocational teachers.
During the past term, the training quality of the School has had strong changes, recognized by learners and society. Most of the School's students have found or created jobs with stable income. Many have become good managers, vocational teachers, and prestigious technical staff in vocational training institutions and enterprises.
Promoting its tradition and strengths, in the coming term, the School will continue to invest in human resources and material resources to train teachers of key national, regional and international occupations according to the Vocational Training Development Strategy 2011-2020; build a roadmap to gradually fundamentally innovate training models, methods, programs and methods in the direction of practice - application, linking the School's training with the needs of using human resources for vocational teachers, technical - technological human resources of the Central region and the whole country. The School will also develop training programs for master's degrees in technical pedagogy, engineering - technology and prepare conditions for training at doctoral level by 2020 to meet the demand for high-quality human resources.
