Ms. Nguyen Thi Chau, Head of the Women's Union of Hamlet 1, was very happy because the hamlet exceeded the "target" assigned, while "each hamlet only needed to sell 1-3 boxes. This result not only helped the union get more commission but also added points to the overall year-end achievement". Ms. Chau said: "We sisters bought to respond to the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods", but the quality was only known through advertising at the seminar organized by Rong Vang Company in the district".

According to Ms. Duong Thi Quy - President of the Women's Union of Do Luong district, in response to the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese products" launched by the Provincial Women's Union in 2013, the entire Do Luong district sold nearly 7,000 boxes of Van Xuan soy milk powder. Ms. Quy said: “When we first started implementing, we also felt uncomfortable because this form was of a “market” nature and was not in line with the political mission of the Women's Union. However, due to the directive from the superiors and this activity in response to the campaign “Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods”, the District Association reported to the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the District People's Committee before organizing the workshop and implementing it to the communes. However, the District Association did not set targets for grassroots associations. Now reading the article “Campaign or disguised business”, I am also startled by the information about the quality of milk products in the past. After this incident, we will be cautious with the programs to coordinate product introduction to the grassroots”.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Hoa - President of the Women's Union of Nam Dan district said: In mid-June 2013, Rong Vang Company brought documents to the unit to request to organize a product introduction seminar. But because 2 months before, Nam Dan had just launched a sale of Truong Xuan soy milk products by Vinanusoy Food Technology Joint Stock Company (located at No. 30, Lane 155, Nguyen Khang Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi City), the District Association refused. Ms. Hoa added: Vinanusoy Company organized a product introduction seminar in the district for 2 days, then quickly brought milk to the communes to sell to women, selling 50 boxes (1000 boxes). After that, the Women's Union of Nam Nghia commune discovered that many products had peeled shells, were damp, and lumpy, so they returned them. In addition, 4 communes of Nam Xuan, Nam Thuong, Nam Kim, and Nam Phuc refused to buy them.

Ms. Le Thi Van - Head of the Women's Union of Nam Thung hamlet, Van Dien commune said: "We don't know the quality of the milk, we only know that the Women's Union of the commune told us to take it home to sell. But to be honest, if we take it home, even if we can't sell it, it's hard to return it. I only took one box for my family to try, but the other heads of the union took a lot and couldn't sell it. Only recently did they have money to pay for it after receiving their salaries." Ms. Ho Thi Minh Thuy, President of the Women's Union of Nam Anh commune, said: "Few people buy it, it's mainly the officials who take it." Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhan - President of the Women's Union of the commune gave the reason for refusing to accept Truong Xuan milk: "Last year, the population committee also brought Van Xuan soy milk back but couldn't sell it. Before that, the Veterans' Association also deployed it for the brothers in the union but no one bought it. Therefore, when we saw another milk product without a brand, we didn't dare accept it. ..."

Discussing the fact that the Women's Union at all levels from the province to the district and commune level requested the branches to consume Van Xuan soy milk products - a product not available on the retail market, as an activity in response to the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods", Ms. Nguyen Thi Quynh Hoa - Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union said: "It is true that there is a difference in policy between Official Dispatch No. 64/CV-BTV dated May 20, 2013 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union and Official Dispatch No. 865/CV - DCT dated September 14, 2012 of the Presidium of the Vietnam Women's Union when the document of the Provincial Women's Union included the content of the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods", but that was just an "accident" in the document (!?). As for the Dien Chau Women's Union assigning targets to the branches, it is not in accordance with the direction. With the spirit of accepting and promptly correcting errors, time Next, the Standing Committee will meet and review this issue.

2013 is not the first year that Van Xuan milk products of Rong Vang Company have been introduced in Nghe An. Previously, since 2009, through organizations such as the Fatherland Front, Veterans Association, Farmers Association and the Education sector, Rong Vang Company also implemented sales in a similar form, under the name of the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese products", but the number of products consumed is not high compared to the implementation of the Provincial Women's Union. Van Xuan soy milk is not the only product consumed through the "distribution" channel of Women's Unions at all levels, but there is also Truong Xuan soy milk (like in Nam Dan). The difference is that Van Xuan soy milk is introduced by the Provincial Women's Union, while Truong Xuan milk is marketed directly at the Women's Unions of the districts.
