If you buy and use counterfeit goods, in addition to financial losses, it can also endanger the health and lives of consumers.

We, the people, hope that the authorities will take strict management measures and severely handle violations. At the same time, the authorities need to organize training for people on how to distinguish between genuine and fake goods.

It clearly stipulates the disclosure and removal of consumer warning information in transactions on cyberspace and the responsibilities of multi-level marketing organizations and individuals. Information on violating business organizations and individuals will be made public within 30 days from the date of publication.

Therefore, it is necessary to publicize the identities of websites and Facebook pages that violate the law on the media so that people can clearly identify them and avoid risks when shopping online. In addition, related industries need to have solutions to closely monitor social networking sites and e-commerce platforms to proactively prevent, stop and completely handle violations.

In addition, manufacturers need to strengthen quality control and have solutions to protect their brands. Consumers need to raise awareness and vigilance when shopping, and should choose reputable businesses and trading floors. Purchases must have documents and invoices to avoid future risks.

In recent years, the fight against smuggling, counterfeit goods, fake goods, and poor quality goods in Nghe An province has received much attention and achieved many results. However, the situation of violations continues to be complicated. Is it possible that local authorities are not strong enough, there are still problems, loopholes in management work... that need to be further resolved, supplemented, and overcome?

Regarding this issue, voter Nguyen Van Quynh - Chairman of the Hoa Hieu Ward Trade Union, Thai Hoa town, said that the fight against counterfeit and fake goods is a very important content that is highly supported by the people, because currently the situation of counterfeit and fake goods and poor quality goods is present everywhere, not only in urban areas but also in rural areas, directly affecting the health of consumers.

Voter Nguyen Van Quynh said that during peak times, especially the Mid-Autumn Festival and Lunar New Year every year, the People's Committee of Hoa Hieu Ward has also established inspection teams to detect and handle many shops and grocery stores selling fake, counterfeit, poor quality, and expired goods.

However, this situation shows no signs of abating and continues year after year. This is a pressing issue; how to control the supply of goods to ensure consumer demand and food hygiene and safety for the people is the issue.

Therefore, through the Provincial People's Council meeting, voter Nguyen Van Quynh proposed that the Provincial People's Council intervene and provide solutions to all levels and sectors to strengthen measures to thoroughly handle this issue, contributing to protecting the health and interests of the people.
