“I myself am a Catholic, but I think the actions of some people in Nghi Phuong are wrong. God never taught that. Because being a child of God means living the faith and spreading the good news. “Through the developments of the incident in Nghi Phuong commune, Nghi Loc district, I see signs of criminal violations in the following crimes:

Firstly, the sign of arresting a detention officer will constitute the crime of illegal detention according to Article 123 of the Penal Code.

Second, the act of sabotage and disorder as reported above may be a criminal offense against a person performing official duties or a crime of disturbing public order. In particular, through information from the press, I see that some officers and soldiers have been stoned by people while performing their duties, causing injuries. They need to be prosecuted for intentional injury because according to the law, the crime of intentional injury, if using dangerous weapons to cause injury, only 1% is enough to be eligible to prosecute the case according to the law.

As far as I know, this issue is resolved by the investigation agency of Nghe An Provincial Police, and the authorities at all levels are not within their authority to resolve this issue.
