(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 21, Ma Thanh commune (Yen Thanh) solemnly held a ceremony to receive the provincial historical relic of the Holy Mother Temple.

The Holy Mother Temple in Yen Ma village, Ma Thanh commune was built during the Le Dynasty, Vinh Huu era (1735-1740) under the reign of King Le Y Tong to worship the Holy Mother Lieu Hanh and two attendant fairies Que Hoa and Thuy Hoa who protected the country and the people. The temple was recognized as a provincial historical and cultural relic by the Provincial People's Committee on December 30, 2014.

Holy Mother Lieu Hanh is a goddess worshiped in almost all regions of our country. According to legend, there are 25 books about her. According to legend, she is a main deity in the Tam Phu and Tu Phu temples of the Vietnamese people and is one of the four immortals of the Vietnamese pantheon.
