Yen Thanh: Implementing Central Resolution 10 (Session XI)

(Baonghean.vn) - On March 31, 2015, Yen Thanh District Party Committee organized a conference to study and disseminate Resolution 10 of the Central Committee (11th term) for comrades in the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the District Party Committee; heads and deputy heads of departments, offices of the District Party Committee, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and mass organizations at the district level; secretaries and deputy secretaries of Party cells and Party Committees directly under the district.

Overview of the study session to disseminate the resolution

At the Conference, delegates listened to the Secretary of the District Party Committee and the leader of the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department introduce the basic contents of the Resolution of the 10th Conference of the Party Central Committee (11th tenure). In particular, in-depth analysis of major issues of the Draft Political Report such as: Background and importance of the 12th National Party Congress; General assessment of the results of the implementation of the 11th National Party Congress; Looking back at 30 years of innovation; Forecasting the world and national situation in the coming years; General goals and tasks for national development in the 2016-2020 term; on innovation of the growth model, restructuring the economy; on promoting industrialization and modernization of the country to soon turn our country into an industrialized country in a modern direction; Socialist-oriented market economy; Cultural and social issues; National defense, security, foreign affairs; Promoting the strength of great national unity; Promoting socialist democracy; Building a socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam; Building a clean and strong Party and enhancing the Party's leadership capacity and fighting strength; Key tasks in the 12th term of the Party.

Through this Conference, delegates will study and thoroughly grasp the contents of the Resolution of the 10th Conference of the 11th Party Central Committee, on that basis, they will contribute ideas and develop draft documents for the 12th Party Congress at the Party cells and grassroots Party committees in a practical and effective manner. At the same time, they will do a good job of ideological work and widely propagate among all classes of people so that the Party's policies and viewpoints can penetrate deeply into social life, contributing to the success of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2015-2020 term and towards the 12th National Party Congress.
