Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh requested to clarify the matter reported by the press in recent days; report the results to the Prime Minister before June 30, 2013.

Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh requested the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to coordinate with the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province to inspect and clarify the incident reported by the press related to the construction of a 29m2 toilet at Long Hiep Secondary School, Quang Ngai province.

In recent days, several newspapers have published many articles related to the construction of a 29m2 toilet at Long Hiep Secondary School (Minh Long mountainous district, Quang Ngai province) invested by the Quang Ngai Department of Education and Training, which cost about 600 million VND.

According to the press, this project was invested from the National Target Program on Clean Water and Environmental Sanitation, but the investment amount was too large for a high school toilet while educational equipment was lacking and classrooms were degraded.

Regarding this issue, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Van Ninh requested the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development to coordinate with the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province to inspect and clarify the above-mentioned incident; and report the results to the Prime Minister before June 30, 2013.
