The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued an official dispatch requesting city departments, branches, and People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities to improve the effectiveness of work to prevent and combat school violence and law violations at educational institutions in the area.
The document stated that it is necessary to strengthen the leadership, direction, and coordination of departments, branches, and sectors in implementing measures to prevent and combat school violence and violations of the law.
Regularly organize assessments, reviews, and arrange staff and teachers in accordance with their expertise and capacity, ensuring that there are no managers, teachers, or employees who violate teachers' ethics, violate legal regulations, or commit acts of sexual abuse or violence.
Educational institutions proactively coordinate with local police forces to establish hotlines to receive information about school violence and law violations, ensuring that all reports and denunciations are received, promptly verified, concluded, and handled in accordance with the law.
The city also directed not to let the incident drag on, causing panic among teachers, students and people, affecting a healthy educational environment.
