Requirements on the quality of congress documents and the content of political reports

Reply:According to Circular No. 13/TT.TU dated April 26, 2025 of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, improving the quality of documents of Party congresses at all levels is closely linked with the implementation of the Party Central Committee's policies, resolutions and conclusions on streamlining the apparatus in the entire political system; focusing on leading and organizing thorough, in-depth and effective discussions of viewpoints, goals, policies and major orientations stated in the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress and the Party Congresses at higher levels; forecasting the situation, clearly identifying strengths, orientations and development focuses associated with the strategies, tasks and solutions for socio-economic development of the region, newly established administrative units and the whole country; Congress documents must be concise, easy to understand, easy to remember, easy to do and easy to check. The political report must honestly, objectively and comprehensively assess the situation and results of the implementation of the congress resolution for the 2020-2025 term, especially the key tasks and breakthroughs in Party building and rectification and the political system, the fight against corruption, waste and negativity; socio-economic development, ensuring national defense, security and foreign affairs; clearly point out the advantages, disadvantages and causes, especially subjective causes, and draw profound lessons in leadership, direction and implementation. At the same time, clearly identify the directions, goals, tasks and solutions for the coming term that are close to the situation, context and new requirements and are scientific and highly feasible.
