15 million VND to support orphaned male student with cancer
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of August 18, at K Hospital, Hanoi, representatives of the Ngoc Son Commune Association in Hanoi presented gifts to support Vo Trong Duc (16 years old), an orphaned male student with cancer in Hamlet 3, Ngoc Son Commune (Thanh Chuong).
Duc lost his father when he was only 6 years old. He was a good and studious student. While studying in grade 11 at Thanh Chuong 1 High School, he was diagnosed with a serious illness. When he was diagnosed, the bone cancer had already progressed to a severe stage. His family was in a difficult situation and now had to worry about money for medicine and treatment for Duc at hospitals, making them even more desperate.
