In the past time, the Town mobilized 180 billion VND and millions of working days to build cultural and sports facilities, supported the Gratitude Fund with nearly 5 billion VND, and supported the "Day for the Poor" Fund with nearly 4.5 billion VND.

The movement of the whole people uniting to help each other develop the economy, eliminate hunger and reduce poverty has taken place vigorously, strongly and effectively, contributing to promoting the economic and social growth of the Town. In particular, in the field of tourism, from welcoming 105 thousand visitors in 1995, it has increased to over 2.4 million in 2015, revenue from service and tourism activities in 2015 reached 2,260 billion VND.

On this occasion, 13 collectives, 18 families and 18 individuals with outstanding achievements were awarded by the Town People's Committee.
